If you buy or sell a home with me, after your closing you will get your choice of:

• Visa gift card worth .10% of your home's closing price
• Example: if you list your house with me and it sells at $200,000.  You will get a gift card worth $200. Or if you purchase a house through me for $200,000, you will get a gift card worth $200.
