I will sell your existing home for half our standard commission, save 50% off our commissions, if you allow me to represent you in the purchase of your new home. That means I will charge you HALF of our standard commission to sell your existing home provided:

· You allow me to represent you with the purchase of your new home.

· We collect our full commission on the home you are purchasing.

· You must purchase your new home through Aaron Duncan, REALTOR with Coppell Realty.

· Minimum purchase price on your new home is $200,000.

· Service areas include – Dallas County, Texas or any of the counties immediately surrounding it.

Please note:

Although you pay me a reduced commission to sell your existing home, we will need to pay the buyer’s agent commission side of the transaction.
We can’t promise to sell your home within a certain time or at a certain price. Marketing time on your existing home depends on many factors, only some of which include price, quality and location. We do promise to arm you with the most accurate market data information that will allow you to make the best possible decision. We do promise to work extremely hard and to do our best.
If you are relocating outside of our service area, I won’t be able to sell your home for the same reduced commission however I promise to offer you the best commission plan in the marketplace. Our commission plans won’t be beat.
