About Aaron Duncan, RLA, MBA
I have been in the real estate industry for 10 years.  I am a landscape architect and have designed master planned communities across the world, including a few in the DFW market.  My experience in land development and landscape architecture will give you a unique advantage in buying or selling your home in the metroplex.  I have a strong understanding of what it takes to market a property and what the latest trends are in the market.

Coppell Grad: I attended Coppell High School, where I met my wife.  I graduated in 1997.
Coppell Dad: My family lives in Coppell, my wife and I along with our son and daughter.  Additionally, my extended family and wife's family live in Coppell.
Civic duties: From 2012 to 2014 I served as a City Councilman for the City of Coppell.  Prior to that, I was a Commissioner for the Planning and Zoning Commission from 2009 to 2012.  Additionally, I was an intern with the City of Coppell during the Summer's of 1998 and 1999.
Family business: For 3 years my family owned a small restaurant in Coppell.
 
Overall, I have a vested interest and unique knowledge of Coppell, let me put this to use for you.

MBA: I received my MBA from Texas Christian University in the fall of 2010.  I concentrated on real estate, including real estate, finance and marketing studies.  During my studies, I:

-      1st place team member in the 2009 North Texas NAIOP Real Estate Development Challenge.
-      1st place team captain in the 2010 North Texas NAIOP Real Estate Development Challenge.
-      1st place team member of the 2008 PMBA Start Workshop Business Plan Challenge.
-      1st place team captain in the 2010 PMBA Business Startup Simulation Competition (record breaker)
 
Negotiations: I have achieved mastery in the Crucial Confrontations language of negotiations and conflict management.  This skill plays a vital role in the real estate industry.
 
Residential Real Estate: My experience as a landscape architect gives me the understanding of true "curb appeal".  My designing and marketing background will give you an advantage.   I specialize in the Coppell and Frisco markets, including the adjacent communities. I have designed master planned communities within the DFW market and I will be able to provide a unique perspective to your real estate needs.
